Myo Minn Oo is joining the Options Lab as a Senior Research Associate. He brings a wealth of prior experience studying medicine in Myanmar and epidemiology in Thailand, followed by epidemiology fieldwork and research on a variety of global health issues including HIV, tuberculosis and malaria. To start with, Myo's role on our team will include leading analyses from our PRIMP study, helping to supervise a number of our incoming trainees, and working on a systematic review of HIV risk assessment tools. In the future, his work may expand to involve a number of our other investigator-initiated projects as well.
