As St. Michael’s Hospital closes the 6th annual research month, the hospital gives thanks to every individual that was involved. Research Month is a time to celebrate the impact that research makes on policy, practice, and most importantly, patients. This year, we had 38 events spanning over 30 days. Such an incredible accomplishment! This is only possible by the generous time commitment from our scientists and research coordinators at Unity Health.

In case you missed it! Our own, Attia Qamar wins the St. Michael’s Hospital Culture of Discovery Award. According to her colleagues, she is a shining example of how to approach clinical research with compassion, collegiality and a commitment to excellence.
