Monica Rudd
I first joined the team as a practicum student while completing my Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health. This overwhelmingly positive experience led me to return as Research Data Analyst after graduation, with a goal of contributing to research that improves the health of Queer and Trans people.
My responsibilities here span the lifecycle of several projects, from grant applications through protocol design, ethics submissions, database development, statistical analysis, and publication of findings. I have also greatly valued the opportunity to mentor students and trainees on their own analysis projects.
