Katie Griffin

As manager, my role encompasses providing project leadership, relationship-building with our internal and external partners, and supporting our team's development. My management style is relationally-oriented, and I believe our team is most effective when people can show up as their best selves and feel a sense of ownership of their work.

After over a decade of clinical research experience at St. Mike's, I find I get the greatest energy from helping our participants find just outcomes in complex systems, and occasionally findings opportunities to rethink how those systems work.

In my off hours, you will find me near, in, or on a body of water!
