Ivan Qian

Hi! My name is Ivan and I’m a Research Assistant II in the Options Lab. My current work focuses on the Future of PrEP is Now project, which is led by the Community-Based Research Centre and aims to elucidate community members' preferences regarding long-acting PrEP to inform its equitable delivery in Canada. I was previously a Keenan Research Summer Student during the summer of 2023 and received my Bachelor of Medical Sciences with an Honours Specialization in Microbiology & Immunology from Western earlier that year. I am interested in infectious diseases research, passionate about health equity, and am excited to contribute to improving HIV treatment and prevention options!
