Robinson Truong
Graduate Student
I am a graduate student at the University of Toronto, Institute of Medical Science. I joined the OptionsLab as a summer research student in 2019 and commenced my graduate studies in September. I am interested in public health accessibility and HIV prevention. I am currently working on several projects: (1) a systematic review of the impacts of oral tetracyclines on antimicrobial resistance in normal human flora; (2) PrEP uptake amongst MSM accessing sexual health services in Ontario and British Columbia; (3) scaling up patient-initiated continuing medical education to increase PrEP uptake across Ontario. I also assist with patient intake at the Hassle Free Clinic and in implementing health promotion programs at the Asian Community AIDS Services (ACAS).
