Khrystyna Kushniriuk

I am a research coordinator joining the Options Lab to assist with clinical trials in COVID-19 patients. I work primarily on the CATCO study, which examines various antiviral treatments of patients hospitalized with COVID-19.

My previous research experience at St. Michael's Hospital includes clinical trials  in  Electrophysiology, studying novel programming of implantable cardiac devices (MORE-CRT) and anticoagulant use in patients with arrhythmias (ARTESiA). Before this, I worked with the Interventional Cardiology team, examining novel post-MI treatments (AEGIS-II and CLEAR-SYNERGY), as well as measures aimed at preventing cardiovascular events (ISCHEMIA).
